The Rosewood is a charming 1920s Hollywood bungalow that used to house visiting movie stars for Paramount Studios in the Golden Age of Hollywood. While it retains many of its original features, it is fully refurbished and modernized with luxury fittings and finishing throughout. There is a large open-plan living and dining area that gets ample light throughout the day, as well as 2 bedrooms (one styled in a luxurious "Golden Era" theme of tan, black, silver and gold and one styled in a "Breakfast At Tiffany's" theme of blue, white and silver. There is also 1 full bathroom and a large back garden with succulents, fruit trees and palm trees as well as a large storage shed.

A private gated drive way attached to the property fits up to 3 cars.
